1. Check-in Time is at 2:00pm. Check-out Time is at 12:00pm.
2. Early check-in and late check-out are SUBJECT to room availability.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy:
- · Early check-ins start at 6:00AM will be additional Php1,000.00 charged. Check-in before 6:00am will be charged full one-night rate.
- · Late check-out charged is Php300.00 per hour.
- · Late check-out beyond 6:00pm will be charged a full day rate equivalent.
3. Guests who check out of the Hotel prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure of a one-night room rate fee.
4. All guests are required to present valid government issued ID upon check-in, for foreign guests, a valid passport is accepted.
5. A security deposit of Php1000.00 (cash basis only) will be collected upon check-in. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and is subject to damage inspection of the room.
6. Guests who check-in into the hotel must be 18 years of age. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 to stay in the hotel.
7. A maximum of two (2) adults & two (kids) 12 years old and below are allowed to stay in all room categories. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered adults.
Child Policy
| 6 years old & below | Free of charge if sharing a room with adult and no extra bed is requested; meals are on personal account. |
| 7 to 11 years old | Free of charge if sharing a room with adult and no extra bed is requested; meals are on personal account. |
| 12 years old & above | Considered adults and shall be charged accordingly even no extra bed requested. |
8. Room keys are issued to the registered guest only. A fee of Php500.00 is charged for the lost key. Room keys must be returned to front desk upon check-out.
9. Right to Refuse Service/Accommodation. The N & B Boutique Hotel is privately owned and operated. The Management reserves the right to refuse service or to dismiss guests from the premises without refund, under any of the following and/or similar circumstances:
a. Failure to pay upon the demand of an outstanding account.
b. When the guest is confirmed to be the carrier of any communicable disease, drugs or any deadly weapon.
c. When the guest refuses to conform to the Hotel rules and policies.
10. Any cancellation of a reservation must be communicated in writing (via email). For Individual Booking: Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. Cancellation within 48 hours of your expected arrival will be billed the amount of one-night stay. If you are staying for more than one (1) night, only the first night will be charged. The Hotel strictly implements a No-Refund policy during peak season. Once the guest begins to use a guest room, the accommodation charges shall not be refunded even if the guest chooses not to stay in the Hotel.
11. Rooms not occupied by 10:00pm will be seen as no-show unless prior arrangements have been made. In an event of no-show, an equivalent of a one-night stay shall be charged to the guest.
12. The N & B Boutique Hotel will not be held liable for inadequate fulfillment of the reservation nor the damages caused by unforeseen events, inevitable accidents, and uncontrollable circumstances such as naturally occurring disasters, technical failures, fire and acts of terrorism.
13. The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss of money or other personal valuables during the stay.
14. The Hotel provides free parking spaces for the guests. Cars and their contents are left at the customer's/owner’s own risk.
15. Guest will be responsible for any damage caused (deliberate or not) to the Hotel room without limitation for all the property damage, missing or damage items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.
16. Guests who made damages/tampered with the fire detection/firefighting equipment will be charged Php10,000.00 and will be dismissed in the hotel without refund.
17. The Hotel shall not be held liable for any untoward incidents that may happen during your stay. The Hotel does not accept responsibility whatsoever for damage to, or theft from, or theft of, vehicles parked and or guest’s valuables inside the Hotel premises.
18. Smoking of any type is strictly prohibited and a fine of Php5,000.00 will be charged to the guests. In addition, diffusing of essential oils, cooking and the like will be treated as smoking. Any smoke smell of any type, visible cigarette butts will automatically mean that smoking has been done.
19. Registered guests of legal age who choose to bring their alcoholic beverages must consume those in their rooms. Alcohol is not allowed in the public areas.
20. Pets are strictly not allowed in the hotel premises.
21. Bringing of food or any items with a strong odor like Durian and dried fish is strictly prohibited.
22. Do not use a guest room for any purpose other than accommodation without permission from the management.
23. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm nightly. In-room party, loud noise, horseplay and the like are not permitted and can result in immediate eviction with no refund.
24. All visitors are required to register at The Front Desk and requested to leave guest rooms by 10:00 pm, otherwise, an extra person amounting to Php1,000.00 will be charge to the guest.
25. Breakfast is available from 7:00am to 10:00am the following morning after check-in. The complimentary breakfast is for registered guests only. Visitors are required to pay the fee of the breakfast at the restaurant.
26. Guests are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
27. All information collected is used only to secure the reservation. No data is shared with any third parties.
